Production method: Vacuum distillation
Vacuum distillation gently extracts the natural alcohol from the wine at a temperature of about 35 °C, ensuring that the wines flavours are largely preserved.
Only wines of the Cabernet Sauvignon grape with moderate tannic structure and acidity are selected. The basis wines for this alcohol free Cabernet Sauvignon originate from famous wine growing regions.
