To accentuate herbal aroma and flavour of Barrister gin, aromatic spirits are made from each ingredient and then mixed in special proportions in accordance with the old English recipe. For the production of Barrister "Old Tom Gin" was used finished gin Barrister which is slightly sweetened for a rounder and fuller flavour. This unique Gin contains aromatic alcohols: juniper berry, fresh lemon peel, coriander, cumin, cardamom, as well as: black pepper, allspice, cubeb pepper, nutmeg and almonds.

Expect a sweet citrus flavour balanced with the hallmarks of a quality gin. Lavender and rose adds some floral notes, while mixing with mediterranean tonic and a slice of orange enhances the citrus flavour. Light sour orange notes, juniper berry and slightly flowery on your pallet and nose.
