Barrister blue gin has recently won double medal award in NZ spirit awards 2021 shows it’s a finest quality gin. It has been made in vintage style, in the mood of aristocratic spirit, snobbery in its positive sense, pharmacy-like accuracy and English preciseness and the colour subtle blue comes from mixing two aromatic spirits: orange and cardamom.

A rather traditional Polish gin, Lubuski has been distilled using the same recipe for three decades! All the usual components can be found in the list of botanicals, with juniper berries, citrus peel and spices. This unique Gin contains aromatic alcohols: juniper berry, fresh lemon peel, coriander, cumin, cardamom, as well as: black pepper, allspice, cubeb pepper, nutmeg and almonds.

Barrister Mumbai Gin contains in its composition a unique ingredient quinine, which gives the gin a special authentic bitterness inherent in the original Indian Tonic water.

Expect a sweet citrus flavour balanced with the hallmarks of a quality gin. Lavender and rose adds some floral notes, while mixing with mediterranean tonic and a slice of orange enhances the citrus flavour. Light sour orange notes, juniper berry and slightly flowery on your pallet and nose.
