Freshly pressed apple juice together with the aromatic pulp is subjected to natural fermentation at low temperature, thanks to which the most valuable fruit ingredients are preserved. After fermentation and aging, the cider is not filtered. The bottle gets naturally muddy and slightly sparkling.
