This unique Gin contains aromatic alcohols: juniper berry, fresh lemon peel, coriander, cumin, cardamom, as well as: black pepper, allspice, cubeb pepper, nutmeg and almonds.

Expect a sweet citrus flavour balanced with the hallmarks of a quality gin. Lavender and rose adds some floral notes, while mixing with mediterranean tonic and a slice of orange enhances the citrus flavour. Light sour orange notes, juniper berry and slightly flowery on your pallet and nose.

“Barrister” Pink Gin is made according to the original British recipe with delicate distillation. Juniper, anise, coriander, orange zest, strawberries, cardamom and cinnamon are used in the production of the drink. It also makes an excellent G&T and try mixing it with a splash of Prosecco or adding it to a fruity punch.
