Tasting Notes: This dry cider is made using Polish Antonowka yellow apples. These late season apples give the cider a unique flavour. Left unfiltered and 100% made from apples, not concentrate,carbonated naturally with no preservatives

Tasting Notes: A sweet Polish desert drink. Apples are picked on a frosty moring and squeezed whilst frozen to concentrate the natural sugars. Un-carbonated, this ice cider has undertones of sultana and is and is lovely with vanilla ice cream.Ice, white, sweet. At -5 ° C, freshly squeezed juice turns into an essence that creates a real wine delicacy during fermentation. It is best to combine with blue cheese and delicate desserts. Serve chilled.

Its rich deep black to mocha-coloured appearance with bright red reflections is crowned by a creamy foam. The roasted malt aromatic scent is reminiscent of dark bread and fresh coffee. On the palate flows the velvety soft malty taste, coated by a harmonious sweetness, elegant and very clean. The perfectly balanced body has a warming effect and then a fine bitterness is perceived, which is calm and dry.

Low Gluten, Low Sugar, Low Carb! Tasting Notes: Isbjørn LOW CARB is brewed from a recipe containing less malt than the original Isbjørn, resulting in a beer with less calories. It has 70 % less carbohydrates and 30 % less sugar than Isbjørn, but has the same good taste. This is a pale, refreshing pilsner beer with a pleasant, characteristic hoppy flavor. Isbjørn is the perfect companion to grilled meat dishes, and a fantastic thirst quencher on a hot summer day. Also this beer has less than 10ppm of Gluten.

Isbjørn Lite Red Lager is brewed using a method that reduces the amount of carbohydrates by 70 %, and the number of calories by 30 %, compared to regular lager beer. Isbjørn Lite Red Lager has a caramelized malt character and a balanced bitterness. The beer has a golden, red color. The red color comes from a special paint called "RedActive", which is produced in Finland.

Golden in colour, light aroma complements its soft light texture. Lightly sweet flavours dominate the taste with a gentle bitter finish.
