Riga Black Balsam Black currant is a traditional liqueur made using unique single-barrel infusion. Botanicals are infused in spirit-water mix to create a so called "Riga Black Balsam essence". A natural clay bottle that retains the original unique appeal and preserves the qualities of the drink. A perfect harmony of sweet and sour flavours with mature berry aroma.

It is a blend of top quality original liqueur with natural cherry juice. A harmonious balance between the sweetness and bitterness with strong cherry aroma to boot. Strong Aroma features underlying notes of cherry, cherry stones and leaves bring to your nose and pallet.

The nose dry, perfumed and berry-like; aeration stirs the intense cranberry aroma and the bouquet is fresh and ripe. The palate entry is authentically cranberry-like; by mid palate the taste is harmonious, in concert with the alcohol base, and delightfully sweet. The finish is a little more pedestrian.
